What is your return policy?
I gladly accept returns and cancellations. For returns contact me within 14 days of delivery and mail items back within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
When will my order be dispatched?
I ship on Mondays and Fridays most weeks, so your order will be shipped the next Monday or Friday after I receive your order.
Care instructions
All my patches are printed with professional textiles ink and hand wash safe. Never machine wash or tumble dry.
What weight fabric do you print on?
I print on standard cotton (about the weight of a dress shirt or handkerchief cotton), not canvas. I have made this choice for several reasons:
1. Cotton uses less fiber that canvas, so is more environmentally friendly.
2. It keeps shipping prices way down by weighting less (my shipping costs would have to be 50% more if my patches were canvas weight).
3. It is just as durable as canvas on jackets (I wear my patches on my own day to day jacket, I have had ones in place for over 5 years with no signs of wear).
4. The cotton I use has a smooth texture, so prints are crisp.
How do I attach my patch?
You can attach them by sewing, safety pinning, using a adhesive interfacing (such as bondaweb) or a thin layer of fabric glue.
Please note my patches are not iron on.
